Join Mo’s 2 week Bed Yoga Challenge. For 2 weeks short accessible yoga practices that can easily be done from the comfort of your bed will be delivered straight to your inbox. The challenge is an invitation to learn more about yourself, who you are and how your find peace. It is 2 Weeks of self study, discipline and surrender on a journey to personal and collective liberation. In addition to the short breathing and movement practices, each day Mo will share words of wisdom from yoga texts and how they can be applied to your daily lives. You will also be encouraged to engage in self reflection with daily journal prompts. All that is required from you is that you show up when you can, as you are, and with sincerity.
